We have higher density to meet requirement.
CHARACTERISTIC OF HEATBAN
- Density: it can be manufactured within the range of 30 – 45 kg/m3.
- Board size: 600 x 1250 mm. or any other size on length, as per inquiry.
- Thickness: 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 75, 100 mm.
- Edges: Rebated edges or straight.
- Offers high resistance to heat flow.
- The waterproofing membrane is protected from extreme thermal Stress and from the various effects of the weather. Possess closed and uniform cell structure.
- The inverted roof system reduces maintenance cost of the roof.
- Long term efficient insulation capability.
- High compressive strength.
- Long term high insulation.
- High resistance to water absorption.
- Insulation saves energy and money.
- ideal insulation for high load bearing floors such as those found in
Cold stores, warehouses and parking areas.

UV light | All polystyrene-based products slowly deteriorate if exposed to UV light (sunlight) for long periods of time. ARNON Plastic Industries recommends coveringHeatban® extruded polystyrene (XPS) rigid insulation as soon as possible followingInstallation, due to the potential for damage from ultra-violet light (UV). If Heatban® insulation is not covered immediately, it is recommended that it be covered within 60 days. When exposed for up to 60 days, gradual colour fading and/or dusting of the surface may occur. Fading or colour loss, while noticeable, will not affect the performance of Heatban® XPS insulation boards. |
